Store an Attribute after a Parser Produced a Pair of Iterators (Qi)

After parsing input and generating an attribute value this value needs to assigned to the attribute instance provided by the user. The customization points assign_to_attribute_from_iterators and assign_to_attribute_from_value are utilized to adapt this assignment to the concrete type to be assigned. This section describes both.
