Finds the first occurrence of a character that is not within the string
pointed to by s of length
count within the string
starting at the index pos,
where count is traits_type::length(s).
Linear.
The index corrosponding to the first character of {begin() + pos, end()) that is not within {s, s + count)
if it exists, and npos otherwise.
