Description

Makes a reverse_iterator<BidiIter> from an iterator of type BidiIter.

Makes a reverse_iterator<BidiIter> from an iterator of type BidiIter. This only exists to make migration from Boost.STLInterfaces to C++20 easier; switch to the one in std as soon as you can.
