Spawn a resumable coroutine.

    typename Executor,
    typename CompletionToken>
DEDUCED co_spawn(
    coro< void(), void, Executor > c,
    CompletionToken && token);

This function spawns the coroutine for execution on its executor. It binds the lifetime of the coroutine to the executor.
